Investment
The Turkish property market is booming, last year prices increased by around 50% and it is predicted that they will go up by the same amount this year. Turkeys possible joining of the EU can only increase the value of your investment.
Quality Pledge
When you first visit Turkey you will find many Estate Agents (Emlak in Turkish), its very difficult to know who to trust.  You can liaise with any of our clients – all English – and speak to them direct so that you can ask any questions and find out if they are happy with the house I built for them. I am sure you will be happy with their response, in fact many of my clients are so happy they have purchased further plots of land for future projects which we are currently working on.
WHY BUILD IN DALYAN?
“Dalyan, a natural paradise"
Where in the world can you find a gently shelving 5 km long beach of fine sand lapped by the warm waters of the Mediterranean without a hotel in sight?
And where can you find nearby a lake of exquisite beauty, natural thermal baths, wild boar in the wooded hills, a nationally protected environment, rare loggerhead and Nile turtles, liquid-amber forests, surrounded by numerous fruit trees, cotton fields, tortoises, terrapins, storks, kingfishers and ibis?
Not to mention an ancient port city, freshly-grilled sea bass, rocket salad, lemons plucked from the tree, lots of restaurants, a sparkling riverside with fishing boat rides to the beach, cotton fields, pomegranate trees, a picturesque town surrounded by fields dotted with farms but 20 minutes from the airport……
Dalyan
Not forgetting the weather, guaranteed sunshine from May to October, warm winters with snow-capped mountains in sight….
Peace and quiet…..where you can remember what relaxation really is…
And under four hours from the UK…..
“nereden nereye?†A Dalyan question:
“where have you come from, where are you going?â€
A way of Life
"Dalyan is a way of life" June Haimoff, Conservationist and Author.
Until about 20 years ago Dalyan was a sleepy little village, subsisting on cotton growing, fish farming and citrus orchards.
Conservation Area
During the 1980’s, a Turco-German consortium got the go-ahead to build a big hotel on Iztuzu beach, where the endangered Loggerhead turtles have one of their few remaining nesting sites. A huge international protest campaign began, resulting in the demolition of the hotel. This put Dalyan on the map, however, and people began to visit the area more and more. Some came to love the peace and natural surroundings so much that they moved there, beginning a quiet influx that continues to this day.
Natural Attractions
With more UK residents seeking a “place in the sunâ€, the charm and natural attractions of Dalyan, coupled with the traditional warm Turkish welcome and reasonable prices have caused a recent upsurge in demand. More and more people are discovering this quiet corner of Turkey, and investing in a future here.
